Class Announcements
- Reminder, next class (3/11) will be held in the Meeting Room at the Dove Library (across the courtyard from the theater). For full details the class schedule please see theschedule for the rest of the Spring Session. Please note the special Saturday classes, and any different locations.
1. Massage and stretch face muscles and neck muscles
2. Book push-ups: Lie on your back with yours knees bent with a book resting on your stomach. Stretch your back and try to get it as long as possible. Practice breathing, lifting the book up and down on your stomach. This will strengthen your diaphragm, get you used to breathing with your stomach, and improving your posture. (A few minutes)
3. ALWAYS practice your song standing up straight, head held high, relaxed, and breathing with your belly, NOT your shoulders.
